Immediately after entering one of our eye care clinics, you will be greeted by one of our friendly, professionally trained staff members. Every one of our front desk staff strongly believes that the check-in experience should be the simplest part of your day!

 

After a very short wait period, Dr. Jenkins will meet with you and assess the best course of action for your eye care needs. If you have come in for more than just a simple eye exam, Dr. Jenkins will be able to offer you a number of painless, non-invasive tests and procedures to maximize the quality of your eye care.

What You Should Bring

For first-time patients — to make your check-in smoother, do bring your insurance card, a current list of any medications you may be taking, past records, if available, and your photo identification card. By arriving 15 to 20 minutes early, we can ensure that your wait time be minimal. We understand if things come up, but if you must cancel your appointment, please give 24 hours notice, if possible.
